IBM has hired us to deliver Tetris project. Tetris serve as an authorization system for IBM system. It handle 100 millions of records and several hundred thousands of calls per hour. With complexity of storing and accessing data and integration with IBM`s vendors such as Lenovo, Cisco, the project was huge with constant upgrades and higher set of expectations.

We helped UofT in technical architect in designing data model, system integration/development of online time tabling and college admissions web portal system. We analyzed requirements & implemented system based on Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics, ASP and Jquery/HTML etc. We also setup several ETL based tools for data flow automation.

At Canadian Tire we helped their marketing team to revamp legacy based technology and launch main eCommerce system in 2013. We also developed several microsites such as Gas+, Canadian Tire Mastercard, How-To based guide etc.

Ontario CPA hired us to design, develop and deliver Accountant`s CRM system known as ACCERP. With robust design and complete set of functionalities, it acts as a Swiss blade to manage documentations, contacts , reoccurring tasks and projects in one place.

Presto card is being used in several cities of Ontario including Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton and Ottawa. It`s high set of operation, fare processing, vouchers and mobile apps with tremendous business intelligence data is maintained in unique fashion to provide seamless customer. experience. We got our hands dirty with nuts and bolts in product architecture which keep moving the system and ensure lights are on.

With record management system in its heart, Ontario Ombudsman investigates complaints from the public about Ontario public sector bodies. We worked on both its case management system & intranet record management systems to provide better functionality and streamline their business processes.

We guided best practices for security model, mobile deployment strategies, workflow, architecture deliverable for CPAC`s CRM implementation which include marrying several different technologies and user guide to bootstrap their main system. We worked with their teams to launch and support the product.

At Chicken Farmers of Ontario, we revamped their current content management system, website and redesigned workflows. We also documented and maintained enterprise architecture best practices, standards and guidelines in support of new CMS system.
